Nur 11 cm hoch, ca 29.500Jahre alt, ist d Skulptur aus dem Gravettien eine d ältesten Abbildungen eines Menschen.
Sie ist wunderbar!
Schade, dass viele alte Bahnhofsgebäude nur mehr zur Zierde stehen. Halbe Stunde gefroren in #Willendorf.

Anyway, in case of this '#Renancourt-#Venus' her head is also quite noteworthy - since we here find some features reminiscent of what we've already seen at other examples, e.g. the well-known 'Venus of #Willendorf' and one from #Kostienki - the depiction of hair or a headdress?
