Gratified that @GovEvers is focusing on broadband in his next budget. Wisconsin, especially in rural areas, is woefully behind. I don't have faith the GOP will let anything meaningful get passed, tho. 😕 #WISOTS
I worry that Dems/Evers still think we're operating in normal circumstances, where bipartisanship is possible & Republicans haven't become a grossly anti-democratic & gerrymandered-into-power force that has fully capitulated to extremism & personal $$$ gain. #WISOTS

YES. Evers acknowledging that Wisconsin is currently ranked as one of the worst places to raise a black family, worst on incarceration esp. for POC. So crucial to have leadership SAY this to even start truly tackling the problems. #WISOTS
