day 4 they show no signs of slowing down, nor of what their destination may be. their habitual use of intradimensional storage makes it difficult to ascertain what supplies, if any, they are carrying for their purposes. I do not know those purposes or their intentions but if my late mother had a role in spurring them there, I at least intend to witness their journey.
day 9 Thancred once again visited me and reassured me that if they intend to attempt suicide again, he is well positioned to intervene. Perhaps it is my relative inexperience in handling them, as I am aware they can be highly erratic in unpredictable ways, but their manner and actions do not strike me as similar to that of an animal leaving in order to die, as Thancred fears, and if I have learned one thing from them, it is to trust my instincts.
day 14 Today I tested their flight range, expecting it to be significant. To my surprise, it was negligible. Although the food they had prepared was clearly portioned only for themself, they shared it with me in silence.
