When you're making a scrap quilt do you ever find yourself loving some blocks more than others? Here's a few from mine that just make me happy. I'm trimming the crap off these blocks when squaring. Wonky really means wonky in every way!

My least favourite part of piecing a quilt top is squaring the blocks. Maybe because it's the last step in the process before seeing real results. Then I found this cool tool. Now I'm sure my blocks are as square as I can make them. Love it.

Making good progress on my kids crumb quilt. In my sewing haze I made enough blocks for two quilts! I decided to do a wonky sashing to one to add interest. The tutorial did not talk about right sides together/mirror images, etc.
