Wreckreation Patch 5 Available Today Three Fields Entertainment has released patch 5 for Wreckreation, cleaning up a handful of issues that popped up earlier this week following the release of Content Pack 4. The update improves online connectivity reliability, allows the new Pack 4 cars to be used in class restricted events and ensures the 100 percent completion car consistently appears in parking lots once unlocked. Small parking lots will now always be filled, with larger car parks recommended if a specific vehicle is not showing up. The patch also includes adjustments to class specific events and some helpful map changes aimed at making navigation clearer. Button prompts now feature added backing and are split into categories across separate screen space, making it easier to find map options, event creation tools, stats and help sections. There is one newly discovered issue tied to Sky Tracks that players should be aware of. Cars may crash when leaving dedicated off ramp Sky Track pieces, causing a reset back onto the track. Wreckreation Content Pack 4 Adds New Cars, Wreckoning Events and More Three Fields Entertainment has released Wreckreation content pack 4, adding a solid mix of new vehicles, events and quality of life updates to the game. The update introduces four new cars, each with a Wreckoning upgrade, effectively doubling that addition to eight new drivable options and pushing the total vehicle count to 68. The new rides include the Huntsville Marbella, Toretti Delosa, Mccarver Vagabond and Hooper Powerslave. On the creative side, seven new Live Mix unlocks have been added, delivering 36 high rise buildings and stackable components. Live Mix buildings can now be used across all Challenge types. The update also addresses several community requested fixes and enhancements. Drifting has been adjusted so holding the brake now slows the car and helps navigate tighter corners. Selected waypoints now disappear once reached and the Live Mix collectible message will reappear if a crash interrupts collection. Event icons and the list of official challenges are now visible to online clients to make event selection easier in group discussions. Shutdown vehicle speeds have been capped just above each vehicle’s maximum, tree branch collisions have been toned down and the wrong way message no longer appears by mistake.

Despite the uncertainty, development on the game continues. Recent changes include updates to Maccoll County around Black Creek and Storey, where a mountain has been cleared to make room for early work on a new town area. The team has also shared an early look at snappable Live Mixable Buildings, alongside nine new Live Mix collectibles that unlock 32 additional Live Mix objects. To help surface community content, the game now highlights the most played and highest rated challenges with an additional community challenge filter available on the map. Parking lots have been adjusted to show recently unlocked and most driven spaces and the Base and Wreckoning versions of cars now share the same parking spots. Wreckreation Adds Crossplay Support and More in Free Content Update 2 Despite the horrible news yesterday, Three Fields Entertainment has released Free Content Pack 2 for Wreckreation, adding crossplay between PlayStation 5, Xbox and Steam, along with a “Current Games List” to help players find active sessions. The update also brings community-requested features, including expanded color options for Wreckoning liveries, a Photo Mode for mid-crash shots and a larger Gas Station repair radius for Road Rage events. Hyper and Bruiser Class cars from Pack 1 can now join restricted progression races. Steering has been improved for smoother handling with better transitions in and out of turns and players will see reduced AI speed boosts from collision impacts. Several bugs and gameplay issues have been addressed as well, including player spawning problems, errors affecting game completion and fixed routing issues on Sky Track. Visual and world fixes include correcting shadow problems, missing stats for Cop Cars and display issues on ultra-wide monitors.
