The usually inept Pittsburgh Pirates summoned their inner 1979 team in their sweep of the lowly Mets!
They outscored the Mets 30-4 in the 3-game series sweep! It took them 11 prior games to score that many runs before the start of this series. My how the once Mighty Mets have fallen.
