A silver plate of karaage, Japanese fried chicken with spicy mayo. Wu-Rons’ is excellent. They use dark meat so it is super juicy.

A bowl of tonkotsu ramen in the Nagahama style, featuring a very thin noodle. Wu-Rons sears their chashu, an extra step that makes it my favorite in town. This is Greg’s favorite noodle in town. Eggs are perfectly jammy and their tonkotsu broth has a better flavor than Mugen’s.

An enormous bowl of Sapporo miso ramen, featuring thicker noodles and a lightly spiced, very flavorful broth. This one features both ground pork and chashu. I don’t ski but I feel like this would be a perfect post-run meal. Rich, warming, and decadent.
