Eine Frühstücksauswahl mit Kalorieninformationen, darunter Flakes, Banane, Honig und Vollmilch, wird in einer App angezeigt.
KI’s darf man (heute) noch nicht vertrauen. Das ist Fakt. Und schon gar nicht beim Kalorienzählen. Die KI hat im Gegensatz zum Abwiegen grob 200 kcal unterschlagen. In diesem Sinne - ich lasse das mal noch mit der Essens-KI. #yazio

Mist, #Yazio kennt nicht das allseits beliebte, zuviel gekochte und dann in den TK geworfene "Merk ich mir!" 🙃
Für Tage an denen es mir schwerer fällt, greife ich auf ein Glas Obst oder Gemüsesaft zurück. Ziel ist es allerdings die Vitamine und Mineralstoffe aus der natürlichen Matrix aufzunehmen.
Mein kleiner Helfer soll dabei die #Yazio App sein.
