Over 25% of Hamilton Residential Property Owners Have Not Filed Vacant Unit Declaration With Two Weeks to Deadline 46,000 residential properties owners have yet to file VUT declarations. Last year, the City issued 6409 VUT tax bills due to failure to file. Deadline is April 15.
