Bowl of soondubu or soondoobu jjigae, also known as soft tofu stew. It's a spicy soup with plenty of silken tofu and mushrooms. I poured it over white rice and added a fried egg on top.
Successfully made #soondubu #jjigae and it's so good!! ๐ญ๐๐พ next time I'll add even more #gochujang so I can get a nice bright red and take better pictures. Eating it poured over rice and with a fried egg on top is heavenly ๐ถ๏ธ๐๐ฒ๐๐ณ #zaricooks
