Because of the site, we couldn’t require masks, but we provided them; 98% prioritized community care and wore them. We offered free COVID tests and had CO2 monitors. Also, we hired interpreters and had live captioning. We had a quiet room for those whose social batteries were running low. #zluc #NYC
