I have a plastic tin of ZYNs in the 6mg, "Spiced Cider" variety, which are less brutal than their typically hotter cousins in the mint/menthol varieties. It rests upon a copy of "Dave Pelz's Short Game Bible" which is a book about golf and the five separate games in which it resides. My rescue cat named Scallop is "shrimp curled™️" in the background and should generally be ignored.

#ZYN Spiced Cider 6mg pouches seem to be closer to 4mg, possibly a 4.20mg. definitely not as hot as the 6mg cinnamon (Zynammon) which are playing more like 7.10mg if I'm keeping it 💯)

I'd put the Mojito and Citrus into the same boat when it comes to calculated vs. actual impact.
