He wears a set of circular glasses and his dreads are pulled back by a purple hair tie. This was a challenging piece form a lighting, positional and perspective direction. Exaggeration is the number 1 thing I struggle with and perspective is insanely difficult to master, especially with foreshortening. Overall, this piece was done by the time I drew the spell clouds...adding more would detract from the main character of the piece..the whole point is to give a menacing, cunning attitude to the piece and I think I have achieved a semblance of this intent. The eye glow was just extra..I felt like adding it cause I thought it would also draw attention to his face and glasses abit more.
"He knows things others do not, he has taken secrets from those long buried."
This was a fun and challenging piece..as I progressed this became a 'less is more' and adding would just crowd the image.
