If we were rejected after querying and have made substantial changes since then, are we able to requery? I'm assuming no, but I figured I'd at least ask.

it's the worst. I'll see a Q critique and think that could be mine! but then the pages critique mention something that definitely isn't in my pages. I do love reading all of the queries though, there's a ton of great feedback in them.
