Last time a similar QOTD came up, I made Rae the God of Freedom—a god to abolish Ao's laws.
I wanted to go into a more violent direction this time, though still somewhat rebellious.
In this instance, Rae would become the god of blood and battle. Unlike with Bhaal his power (1/4)

Val'dran would be a minor god of personal agency and breaking chains. Mainly a drow god, he'd have ties in to shadows as well, skirting the edges of Vhaeraun's domain in both that and his worshippers mainly being male drow.

He'd be a very subtle god, indifferent to many, but...
