Gortash has the advantage of knowing the map of #Molvayas 's draconic scales, so he could let off a couple of well-aimed shots at vulnerable spots.
He has shields to protect him from powerful AoE attacks. As well as the ability to throw out a couple of his own via grenades.

I don't think #Molvayas nor Gortash will ever really retire. The downside to their chosen form of immortality is they need the resources to continue cloning themselves. (But tbf its surprisingly cheap.)

I must confess, I do sometimes worry if people understand my #Moldygort stuff is supposed to be indulgent & whimsical. 😅
I also find #Molvayas undercooked when I compare him to my other characters. I know the workings of his mind, but his dialogue doesn't come naturally to me.

He's inconveniently fertile, sleeps less, eats more, is questionably immortal & incredibly strong both physically & magically, etc.

But the flaw which genuinely frustrates him is Gortash's inability to face his weaknesses, particularly any suggestion he might be wrong about something (gods forbid!).
