I’m excited to set up my new sewing room today. Most of my supplies are still 16 weeks away in my container (I’ve just moved back to the UK after 8 years in NZ), but I snuck some essentials, my shears and a few bits of fabric into my suitcase. Can’t live without these tools!

Summer is here in NZ and my new dress is ready! This the Ellie & Mac Essential Dolman pattern- maxi length with the elasticated waist. The dolman shape can be a bit of an issue with curves but I am really happy to report that this fits just great!
