She’s done and debuted! After deliberation, I give you ‘Titania.’ This retro wrap dress hasn’t been my favorite, but she taught me a lot about darting. A little whimsy and fae- she’s definitely a late spring/summer dress that will go best with open toed shoes.

Finally finished the black border around my lace weight granny squares! I think I’m going to use them to make a cocoon shrug. There’s not enough to make the whole thing out of the granny squares, but they can be a decorative panel for the back.

Me in an initial K black shirt that must be 20 years old and a deadstock gray skirt made by me with me made hematite and thrift glass bead jewelry. There is also a tortitute girl cat on my sewing patterns on the floor cleaning herself because that is what torti cats do.
The tortitude cat in question now in my arms who is very unhappy to be snatched and unable to roll all over my fabric on the floor.

- cut an extra layer of the underdress to remove how sheer it was (no see through dresses).
- added an under facing to the whole collar.
- began staging and pinning a pearl trim and put in an order for additional trim so we can put it on the whole skirt.

Finally finished this shirt! It's a gorgeous Nani Iro double gauze with faint silver patterns printed across it. I used the polka dot edge at the hem of the shirt and the lattice print on the sleeves.
Got it at the Portland Fashion Institute shop this summer as a souvenir.
