Hey! I wrote a book! It's about a lesbian who is surviving with a young man while they search for their loved ones during the apocalypse.

Am I doing this right? #promo
I love the weird dog and the smiley man. Cedric my love
Also featuring my FAVORITE CHARACTER EVER Cedric my love
Yeah when I figured out there wasn't really any secret sauce, it was kind of a bummer, but it also meant I could write the characters *I* wanted, and write the story how *I* see fit.
Damnit, I wish I would have known, I have a book that's not romance based, but has a lesbian as the main character. I would have thrown my hat in the ring.
Skills take time to nurture. You're depriving yourself of learning something new that will make you a well rounded person. But growth isn't the goal for people like that. Instant gratification is. They want the accolades without the sweat. They want the money without the work.
I hope so! I've got as much as I can planned out, all I gotta do is wait for the date!!
I know so many people who used to use grok, and now they just don't anymore. It's kind of sad. I also really like the name Claude, but now I can't use it, and had planned to at one point.
That's awesome! I've got a signing in May. I'm so nervous

Yes!! At least when you block someone, their replies no longer show up on the post. Otherwise I would have just deleted the post LOL
Oh yeah! I checked for mine, it had not been. But my second book was pirated not even four days after it debuted 😭 I found out by accident
a sketch of three octopus tentacles coming out of an eye.
Digital art of purple tentacles someone out of a hazel colored eye on a dark and light purple background.
Turned a sketch I did today into some #digitalart <3 #tentacles #art
Noah exclusively took private jets before SHTF, but Alice didn't. She'd be caught with something dumb like a too small crochet hook(They're very pointy) or a bottle of water that's way too big to be allowed. #AwesomeCharacters #writing
The only time I've been irritated about someone commenting was when the person spoiled the twist of my book. Like why would you approach someone's ad with that kind of intent and energy 😂
I'm pretty sure mine has already been stolen, but I don't know how I would check. How did you find out? Cuz my book has been pirated too
I love it! it's pretty great. I just wish more people interacted with each other.
OOOOH CONGRATS THAT'S AWESOME!!
Yay, that's awesome!! Crossing my fingers for you!!
Some franchises could have ended at the first movie, maybe the second. I've been wanting to learn how to write for movies, but I wouldn't even know where to send it LOL
Yeah my definition of normal isn't typical to what I'm pretty sure others have. I don't think I even know what "normal" looks like. I also think this is probably rage bait
What I’ve been up to lately. Tony granny squares and sketching and coloring. I need to figure out these alcohol markers better lol #art #crochet
It is. If I had queried even I've years ago I would have been eaten alive by it. Luckily, I have thicker skin now, so I did okay. It gets to you, though.
Hey just remember it usually comes down to timing and the mood of the agent. If you get feedback during a denial, you can work that into later queries, but you just started. Don't give up hope!!
Tabitha’s eyes flew open. She wasn’t sure what time it was, but she needed to pee. Miguel’s soft breath echoed gently off the walls of the tiled bathroom. She stood, body sore from the sheer amount of injuries she’d received in the last eight days, and quietly grabbed the flashlight. She felt for the door, and flicked the beam on when she quietly closed the door behind her. She thought she heard something, a faint voice outside. She paused, moving the light towards the door. Nothing. She continued into the men’s bathroom. She used it, wishing there was a way for her to flush it. She wished she could wash her hands, but the bullet wound would need to be flushed every once in a while, and they couldn’t spare the water for that. She left the bathroom, closing the door behind her gently. Tabitha… She paused, blinking. She slowly swung the flashlight beam into the convenience store, her heart beating quicker. Her lips parted as she heard it again. Taaaabitha… Mocking, teasing. She took a deep breath before gulping. Her mouth felt dry. She licked her lips, gasping as movement caught her eye. The beam found a figure, dressed in David’s clothes, blood sprouted over his chest where she’d shot him. As he lifted his head, she could see the hole where she’d taken the killing shot. He placed his hands on the glass door, shaking it once. “Tabitha.” His voice was demanding. Condescending. “Let me in, Tabitha. Don’t you wanna apologize for what you did to me? I know you feel bad. Come on. Let me in.”
An excerpt from my book, The Rattle of Bones. Tabs finds herself face to face with something she can't forget.
