When my son was in St. Andrew's College years ago, he cycled to school. The regulation school coat was dark navy. I asked for a reflective trim, but the school declined.

While I would love to take the credit, #cyclingwithoutage was started in by #OleKassow Copenhagen in 2012. Now in about 50 countries. It is amazing!

Today is Social Prescribing Day. We met some of their members at @thebikehub.ie in Dun Laoghaire to demonstrate our trishaws and other accessible bikes. We want GPs and medics to prescribe free spins on these bikes. Free to book at www.theBikeHub.ie. Trained volunteer pilots will pedal!
