The evening routine has commenced, Barry comes to sit on my knee, half on half off due to his wobbly backend. After a minute of stroking I say don't lick my jumper 🙄 He gives it a while then tries to steal the seat. All a ploy to get me to warm the sofa. Every night 😅

Happy plod round the fields and wood this morning. Beautiful sunshine, dry paths but fab to find the pond had filled and a duck making the most of it. It was dry last year. My legs are waking up their muscle memory, heart is a little way behind, more practice needed!

Went for my first senior swim today and they didn't query my age! 😭 My fantasy of cutting up and down the pool in efficient laps dissipated pretty fast. God I was stiff..followed by the contortions in the changing room trying to keep clothes dry, I'm worn out 😆
