Also COPE says: Authors who use AI tools in the writing of a manuscript ... must be transparent in disclosing in the Materials and Methods (or similar section) of the paper how the AI tool was used and which tool was used. Authors are fully responsible for the content of their manuscript.
Interesting... our paper was rejected by @mdpiopenaccess.bsky.social with "parts of your work was AI-drafted" - which is correct and was properly disclosed in the manuscript. But it contradicts their own Editorial on how #AI should be used: www.mdpi.com/2379-139X/11.... Another reason skip MDPI...

🥳 Our paper by Julia Maier et al 2025 in #Thyroid was featured in "The Year in Thyroidology"! We show that blocking #thyroid #hormone action in the "zona incerta" affects how #stress is handled, providing a possible clue for clinical symptoms of #hypothyroidism.
