I’d just stroll through the sky with my hands in my pockets.

Company picnic one time they had mac-n-cheese with VT cheddar, carmelized onions, and bacon. It was crack.

I’ve found it makes a huge difference that i have a standing-level desk and sit on a stool, or sometimes (as i am right now) stand. MUCH less lower-back annoyances.
