Lost my buddy Panda today. Feeling gutted but so grateful for all the head butts and cuddles over the years.
Home sick and my nurses are closely monitoring my progress (and patiently waiting for dinner).
A year ago I was scarfing down the Paradiso at Floralia in Honolulu, a culinary vegan highlight of a delightful trip.
Marm deploys submission, Panda is confused.
Floor of the 256 bus to Tunney's Pasture.
Watching Diallo and Nardi slug it out at the Australian Open and the dudes are wearing the exact same outfit... Same shoes, shirt, shorts and wrist band. It's like the coordinated beforehand.
Picked up some last minute holiday cards for the office (on the left). Bonus is that they're accidentally 2SLGBTQI+ friendly!
Orange you glad to see me? ๐งก๐ป This kitty's got the cutest little face.

Found this warning label on a weighted blanket. First I only saw back pain but now I can only see electric flatulence. Both are legitimate concerns when curling and can affect draw speed.
Panda had his liquids tonight. He's getting better every time and didn't even shake tonight. Most recent blood work was positive - kidneys appear to be working ok for a 16 year old. Pic is from before the diagnosis.
Four years ago I caught Penny in deep thought.
Evening Snack anyone ?

Stars can create huge and intricate dust sculptures from the dense and dark molecular clouds from which they are born. The tools the stars use to carve their detailed works are high energy light and fast stellar winds. The heat they generate evaporates the dark molecular dust as well as causing ambient hydrogen gas to disperse and glow. Pictured here, a new open cluster of stars designated IC 1590 is nearing completion around the intricate interstellar dust structures in the emission nebula NGC 281, dubbed the Pac-man Nebula because of its overall shape. The dust cloud just above center is classified as a Bok Globule as it may gravitationally collapse and form a star -- or stars. The Pacman Nebula lies about 10,000 light years away toward the constellation of Cassiopeia. Image Credit & Copyright: Malcolm Loro
Stars and Dust in the Pacman Nebula
I interrupted Penny and Panda planning something nefarious. #cats
Panda and Marm hanging out by the catio door - I think I'll use this as the album cover for their next record. #cats
