Heartbreaking Sunday morning in Shreveport, Louisiana Youngest victim was just 18 months old A domestic dispute on W. 79th Street turned into a mass shooting this morning, leaving 10 people shot and 8 children dead. The shooter has been identified as Shamar Elkins. The victims include 8 juvenile children and two women. Elkins killed his OWN children and his ex's sister's children, then shot both his ex-girlfriend and her sister in the head. Those two women are currently the only survivors. Witnesses at the scene say Elkins put a baby on the roof of the house and chased a 9-year-old child down the street, shooting him in the head while he tried to flee. FOLLOW Jade Charde' for more.
