Opted for something #lowcarb for #ShroveTuesday this year 🤭 Ingredients below make 6 (2.4g of carbs/pancake):
125g ground almonds
1 tsp baking powder
A pinch of salt
2 eggs
80ml almond milk (I used #Califia’s organic unsweetened)
Cook #pancakes with butter or fat of choice. Enjoy! #Breakfast
