Just the knowledge that he COULD is enough for him in most cases. His personality is very feline.

If something terrible happened to Caspar, however, he would reverse time without even thinking about it.

Akieryon spirals. Making mistakes gives him anxiety.

Tharaiyelagh panics first and then dissects what happened so he can do better next time.

Tempest largely ignores his mistakes. If anything was bad enough, he could just manipulate time to get a do-over. (He doesn’t.)

These days his judgment is much better in that regard. When he was younger, he solved many problems with bloodshed.

Caspar thinks one person (the king) should not be in charge of all major government decisions. This opinion is extremely unpopular with the upper classes, but no one can do anything because Caspar IS the king and he has very effective bodyguards.
