Lovely place
I ordered online a book from Cambridge University Press on Sunday and they posted it out on the following Monday. Remarkably for an academic book I could still afford food after paying for the book.😉
Or, senior officers have said “we’re still not doing that, it’s still illegal.”

I haven’t seen them. As I said at the time all a bit BAT 21.
Good God! I didn’t know that. Deeply suspicious.
I earn a little from my books but not my podcast or sharing my work online. People say my posts make them feel calm, which matters to me. Surviving as a creative is increasingly hard. Writers and artists are giving up every day. Only if you can, support me here: www.patreon.com/cw/MirandaKeeling 🙏❤️✍️
Oh I thought it was a SAM or less likely Triple-A
Ah, thanks
Indeed. Was is it blue on blue (US shot down a Tonka in the Gulf War, both crew KIA)? Or deliberate?
Some incredibly encouraging feedback from @almurray.bsky.social and James Holland. Could never have imagined this when I started writing it!
I had SO much fun with #jamesbond sequel novelist #charliehigson recording Audible’s #TheSpyWho… pod on #KrystynaSkarbek aka #ChristineGranville, Britain’s first female agent of WW2, & the subject of my book #TheSpyWhoLoved.
Available now on @wonderymedia.bsky.social & wherever you get your pods :)
I thought most schools did?
My brother had this very conversation on Sunday afternoon. Full disclosure we are both huge fans of the show.
I wonder if the aircrew have declined to participate in a MAGA media sh*t show. It’s also been suggested the rescue effort wasn’t as flawless as it appeared.
I have complained to the BBC about this. Essentially I accused them of a taking an editorial decision to shill for Farage et al. They denied it of course but they would. See also the BBC’s priapic coverage of the Mandelson fiasco.
#Self-publishers #Authors I am experimenting with also selling my books on Ebay. Has that worked for you?

I must try to watch this. I know the highlights of the Suez fiasco but not the details. I remember thinking the leaders of the UK, France, and Isreal must have been on glue.

Currently reading this book, first class. Do you know to whom history will be unkind? The eejit in blue.
The announcement that the UK has accepted the last aircraft in its order for 48 F-35s did not mean what many thought it did. As Jon lake reports, the current UK-based Lightning force is, fact, small and handicapped by different configurations and software standards.

I’m not sure all Tories are automatically racist, short memories perhaps. However if an individual votes Reform UK they are undoubtedly racist. Without question.
Good
I wonder if this will make the suit go away?
The latest episode of the @holocaustpod.bsky.social features...me!
