This image is a LiDAR scan of the Nunwick Henge site in North Yorkshire, The circular earthwork is a Class II henge, a prehistoric monument dating back roughly to 3500–2500. It features a bank up to 18 meters wide and has two opposing entrances on the northern and southern sides. The scan also reveals traces of a deserted medieval settlement and agricultural features adjacent to the henge. This monument is part of a wider Neolithic landscape that includes the nearby Thornborough Henge
