Feeling inspired again - long time no see ✨️

The word 'pace' takes on new meaning and consequences for #pwME #MECFS Spoon theory 🥄 implementation, perseverance, passion, self-compassion, self-care, and damn right audacity among others have been my go to.

I almost forgot that today is the national day of rest for Black women.

There is an underlining reason for that, which I will explain at some point in time.

Today, I've been reminded to let go of all the day-to-day irritations & rest my nervous system.

Breath consciously & intentionally.
