I am thrilled to share the final programme for the upcoming Annual Proteomics Gathering organized by @ypic.bsky.social in Madrid. Check out the QR to see the full list of speakers and talks themes. It looks like a very promising event! 👩🏻🔬🔬🎓 Looking forward to welcome all the attendees on April 16th!
Phosphorylation-driven signaling plays a central role in how cells communicate. In this study, together with @saezlab.bsky.social , we revisit the EGF signaling pathway and ask: How well does our traditional understanding hold up in the era of modern phosphoproteomics? www.nature.com/articles/s41...
@map-proteomique.bsky.social was delighted to present its expertise at the first edition of the @crcm.bsky.social Symposium (Centre de Recherche en Cancérologie de Marseille), with contributions from Célia Jardin and Émilie Baudelet

I don't know about a lot of things, but I didn't know about thermal proximity coaggregation (TPCA), or maybe I did. Still, dig it.

In DIA-NN 2.3.0, we have added Deamidation (NQ) as an option in the GUI. There are good reasons for it :) You can try InfinDIA with any number of modifications selected, and check the RT differences between modified vs respective stripped peptides, for each mod - a way to validate peptidoform FDR.
With 𝗗𝗜𝗔-𝗡𝗡 𝟮.𝟯.𝟬 Preview (Academia-only for now), we showcase the transformative new capabilities that have been developed in the past months. Download: github.com/vdemichev/Di...
🚨Publication alert🌶️: #Immunopeptidomics is a trending for good reason! A team from @ki.se identify ovarian tumor-derived peptide that induces memory-like features in natural killer cells, paving the way for new cancer immunotherapy strategies! www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1...
Are you using DIA mass spectrometry in proteomics?
