We are finally up and running. Thermo has to do a better job in having boards and parts for their instruments. Being down for a month while paying a huge amount of $$ for a service contract is unacceptable. Shipping engineers multiple broken boards is a disgrace. Do better. #Thermo #orbitrapASTRAL
