A Common Crane from Cowpen Marsh, Teesside, today. We watched in distantly in a field for a minute before it took off and gave us really close flight views. Thank you to everyone who gave updates on its location.

Our resident Birds in the garden include a Pied Wagtail which visits every day to feed and drink from the water barrel and for the past week a Grey Wagtail although not managed a photo yet as a bit flighty.
