Agreed, after a few uses you will get use to it. I would recommend a weighted vest for any1 who does calisthenics (pushups, pull-ups, box jumps, lunges, planks, etc…). The main thing is adjustability for fit so doesn’t move around 2 much & weight in case u want to up or down. 20lb is a weight 4 men
