Photo of a bottle opener with a cedar handle resting on a natural wood surface. The handle shows a mix of yellow-cream colored sapwood and the bright read heartwood for which cedar is known. The handle has a shiny gloss finish.
Cedar-handled bottle opener. Because cedar is so much softer than the hardwoods I usually use, I modified my process a bit.
The handle is a bit shorter to reduce the max leverage that can be applied. I also flooded the handle with thin CA clue, hence the gloss finish.
