The dyed curly maple fountain pens I made yesterday, while I was waiting for bowl blanks to stabilise. I love the way the shimmer of the maple shows through the colour.

One was blue, and I have to say…by the time I’d finished, the workshop did look like it had been used to put a Smurf through a wood chipper. 😳

Woodturning a Majestic Jr. pen for my niece. Stabilized maple burl dyed pink and purple with a rollerball mechanism, chrome accents, and a Swarovski crystal inlay. I thought it tuned out pretty.
