๐๐๐ I've ALWAYS had trouble spelling necessarily and for some reason the simple word VISIT. For years when I was a typographer id always forget the second i and spell "vist" - constantly had the graphic artist make me reset the word ๐คฆ๐ผโโ๏ธ๐

Love Naomia Kuttner's Assassin Guide books. Learnt heaps about native Orchids and the Pลซriri Moth in the last book.

We found a 4th egg in #kakapo Waikawa's nest yesterday and found it was fertile. Waikawa has maintained her incredible 100% fertility record: 5 clutches of 4 fertile eggs in 4 breeding seasons. That's unmatched by any other kฤkฤpล. #kakapo2026 #conservation #birds
IT'S FEBRUARY 2026.
THE RAIL ENABLED HYUNDAI FERRIES FOR I REX WERE MEANT TO ARRIVE BY NOW.
Instead we have no rail enabled ferries, the two we have are clunky as fuck, and there will be no replacement ferries until 2029 at the earliest.

Single frame. Title: โ[redacted]โ A line of early teen? girls looking at the viewer. Behind them, silhouettes of four generic men, some with hand on shoulders of the girls, which have been through six iterations of redaction to satisfy the newspaperโs lawyers that none are identifiable.

A graphic saying "Win me!" Showing the covet for A Good Day to Die by GR Matthews
You have no allies.
You are already bleeding, though you are not sure why.
Rawlins is nearby, and he is absolutely not here to help you.
To survive even ten minutes, you may take one completely ridiculous weapon.
Not useful.
Not sensible.
Just delightfully stupid.
Comment your answer to win this;
A graphic saying "Win Me!" And showing the covet for the audiobook omnibus of Corin Hayes by GR Matthews
The pressure is crushing.
Your suit is beeping in a way that feels personal.
Corin Hayes is present, grumpy, sarcastic, and already halfway through a drink.
You are offered one coping mechanism to get through the day.
Comment with your absurd coping mechanism to win a UK/US audible code!

Winter is coming.
The Empire is marching on the clans.
Everyone looks tired, armed, and deeply unimpressed by your existence.
You are offered one role to justify why you should not be immediately sent to die in the snow.

I read Earth Sucks by Heather Chambers as a judge 4 team #SpaceGirls in #SPSFC5. Whilst it's a No to moving on, this was an enjoyable read, with some comic relief scattered throughout. I do recommend giving this book a read.
