View from Jackson Park towards the Obama Center this morning. Just some blocks South, feds entered a building in the middle of the night, holding, they called it, citizens and non-citizens for hours. Helicopters, doors open, guys posing like they tried to imitate war films, flying in the area.

Artist Wafaa Bilal walked us through his new exhibition at the MCA Chicago. Timely, political, and moving, this is worth seeing! Here he explains a project in which the megalomania of Saddam Hussein led him to suggest shooting a sculpture into the orbit, where it would slowly turn to dust.
