We just released a first revision of our pre-print below, adding small non-coding (miRNA)-sequencing samples for the infection cohort as well as spatial metabolomics experiments (the first of its kind) for the aging mouse brain, to enable a more powerful, integrative spatiotemporal gene analysis.
