Alright. My kinda-DIY airplane pillow! I've tried several styles of commercially available airplane pillows and they're all too big for me. I've had the best luck with a foam neck brace. Got a cheap one to cut down. Hope it works on my upcoming red-eye! #sleepingonaplane

The original recipe is vegetarian; vegan if non-dairy yogurt is used.

This turned out well! Switched put 1/2 of the chickpeas for 6oz of homemade vegan chicken and 6oz chicken breast. Also used 50/50 shiratski rice and brown rice. Had to sub garam masala as I was out of curry. And I used a surprisingly useful little food chopper to finely "chop" the ginger! #dinner
