1. Consistency. It will get easier with time. 2. Fueling! I'm a morning runner, and for years, I wouldn't eat before going out for a run. A small snack before a run makes such a big difference! And if you're running for more than 60 minutes, be sure to fuel during. Welcome to running!!

Last weekend, I was running on a neighborhood trail that's about 10-feet wide. A male runner coming toward me made a beeline across the trail TO GIVE ME A HIGH FIVE. Likely trying to be nice, but he gave me 5 seconds of anxiety wondering what he was going to do. Guys, please don't do this!
