We really enjoyed Fridays #NADSN Conference 2024. Thank you to all the hard work that went into it and loved that the University of Greenwich has committed to light up their buildings #purple every year 👏

This raises concerns that the focus on getting disabled people into work, is neglecting the issues of disabled people who are already in work, and who are being failed. Access to Work is imploding at the moment, and there seems to be little to no accountability for it.

"This month the Disability Pay Gap reached a staggering 17.2%. This means non-disabled employees earn on average £2.35/hr more than disabled workers, that's an average of £4,300 a year, as research by the Trades Union Congress."
