Normally my free newsletter comes out at the beginning of the month but I'm delaying it in April until after the release of the 1926 census. You can sign up with the below link. #Genealogy #IrishGenealogy #FamilyHistory #AncestryHour #GenHour

search forms implemented now!

not technically difficult but administratively as I'm not sure a lot of the townland names or parish names match up with later equivalents. that might just be my fermanagh experience tho. I might do the 1841/1851 census search forms first.

Ah the simple joys of being able to view griffiths val & 1901/1911 census data on one page for a townland without multiple tabs. This has been my favourite feature to implement so far. Check it out & share if useful! #genealogy #Irishgenealogy #ireland-census

seems ok now. I see its hidden behind cloudflare nodes so impossible to tell where its hosted. Would be disappointing to find out it was on AWS or the like.

Irish Roots App Explore the heritage of Ireland through its townlands, places and names.

I wanted a quick way to remove orphaned trees in GEDCOM files and separate them out into their own files as part of some cleanup i'm doing. Something quick and browser-based. So I built my own tool. Check it out at app.irishroots.ie/gedcom-tools #genealogy #gedcom
