If you have severe period pain, deep dyspareunia, bowel or bladder symptoms plus infertility, evaluation for endometriosis fertility-focused excision may be what you need.
In moderate–severe disease, operative laparoscopy also increases spontaneous pregnancy rates by correcting distorted anatomy and removing inflammatory lesions.
Laparoscopic excision of even minimal–mild endometriosis can almost double spontaneous pregnancy rates compared with diagnostic laparoscopy alone.

Your labs are ‘fine.’
Tubes open.
Sperm normal.
And you’re still not pregnant.
