We can probably squeeze in some more fur orders or dragon orders that don’t require highlight colors (except for F-02, which still has the longest queue). Shoot us a message before ordering to make sure we can meet your deadline.
New orders made without prior contact might not arrive until May.
Thanks to Ethan’s help last week, we completed our largest wave ever!
Those that got a shipping notification last Friday but no tracking movement are being dropped off today.
Fur queue will be caught up this week, and dragon queue should be finished by April 10th at the latest.

Our FFXIV Fan Fest queue (and similarly-timed spring events) is closed! Processing times have increased to 10 weeks to account for the long queue + time we will be away.
Orders placed from this day forward will likely be processed in May.

We will not be processing orders between April 18 -May 9th!
Fur (rabbit/bunny/cat) orders made by mid-March should ship by April 17th.
Same applies to Dragon orders with the exception of F-02. We’ll do our best, but orders made for this style from today onwards might not arrive until late May.
Thank you to everyone for your support; we’re doing what we can to narrow the queue, but our 4-6 weeks processing time for popular items might not get shorter until after Fanfest (we’re working 2 events among other obligations).

It’s a bit too early to determine when our Fanfest order cutoff date will be. At this time, we are estimating mid-March, but some extra popular items (such as F-02 horns) have such a long queue that we cannot make any guarantees.
