Ss I also need to be taught how to vet & confirm want AI spits out! Is it valid? Is it reliable? Ss & Ts must not rely on AI exclusively!! Ts need to ensure lessons & activities align with curriculum & needs of their Ss. AI is not a quick fix!! #edchat

AI can be positive in education if used correctly! Ss still need direct instruction on how to write effectively. They can use I to generate ideas but they have to put their own voice & ideas into it 1/1 #edchat

We need to look at critical thinking, critical analysis, synthesizing information, evaluating, communication to name a few #edchat

The key questions are what exactly is being tested & how?? Is it really accurate & reliable? #edchat

While certain knowledge & skills are necessary, standardized testing is still missing key elements #edchta

Ts are not required to stay but often volunteer for activities outside these hours. Ts have families & personal commitments too not to mention the fact they also need downtime w/ such a demanding profession. #edchat
