Ours was like part of a class and the teacher was in the I think animation industry. He had us make business cards and a website and talked about branding and knowing people. He was very focused on like just business stuff without explaining beyond that
This was also my experience in art school. "networking" was always presented as something just for jobs and it why I've always had a negative association with it.
Maybe that's why I have been feeling like garbage

One of the annoying things ai people do is act like tech that has worked for years is now called ai, acting as if things like dictation software and noise cancelling was regularly referred to like that before. And I know its them trying to make "ai" seem useful while it makes those things worse
