The two things that come to my mind are:
-Usually, Peargor doesn't colour or straight-up doesn't draw/erases any hair that covers the eyes
-While the bodies are solid, I do think that studying the anatomy of human heads would be helpful to get it closer!

Really, other than these more specific things, Peargor demonstrates a high level of fundamentals study and a LOT of motor control that you get from lots of practice (difficult for me with my dyspraxia, but wheh)
So, definitely have references up and practice the fundamentals! ^^

-Calligraphy-style pen
-VERY confident linework, you just have to wing it and hope for the best
-Lines often start with a higher pressure and get softer, but with a hard termination
-Embrace a level of scribble/scratch
-Forms tend to be quite angular and boxy, but with a pillowy quality
