Looking really good. Can't wait to see it with the decals on.

This is really interesting read. And concerning learning the limitations of our states systems too. Could Power of Attorney be a way forward? I've done this with my mum, she has capacity etc. But I can handle more complex issues on her behalf when required. Good luck.

What a gorgeous build. Love the colour and glad you over cane the blotchy paint hiccup. Did you figure out the root cause?

Scary long decals!! Nicely installed, and you can breathe now!

AModel Hawker Fury

AModel Hawker Fury

The two I have are A model kits. Ive enough decals in the Spanish markings kit to build both sides. Although the Fury wasn't used a great deal in the period.

Don't be too harsh on yourself. Although we can be our own worst critics at time! We're always learning and improving our skill set. I've enjoyed returning to brush painting and brushing up on this rusty skill!

Nice one! Another fine build there.
I struggle with taking decent photos. Can never get the phone to take a picture which looks the same as I see with my eyes.

Thats a fine scheme isn't it and lovely job on it too. I'm not familiar with Jo-han model kits. I've two Hawker Fury's I want to do in Spaniah civil war markings.

Ah, such a shame if that's the case. Fingers crossed you have a hdd archive overflowing with model pictures!

Post a pic if you can, its good to see alternatives to the usual German markings. Its a great little kit with some fine detail. I managed to break the aerial mast as usual, stretch spue to the rescue. The next 109 I'll post is the black 8 desert markings. Then finish the 110. Thenl a welcome change!

Definitely on both points. I like the flexibility of oils and they can be tinkered around for a long time or simply wiped off to start afresh.

Cheers! Its been fun topping up brush painting skills. I'm looking forward clearing luftwafe backlog and starting/completing some fleet air arm subjects.

Yeah I looked over the corporate fingers and pies and resin flooring is up there. Guess its all source for casting resin etc. The interlinked end up being much more complex ie Gulf mess impacting fertilisers and helium etc.

Thank you! Its been interesting using oil and pigments.

I have always thought these more a concrete repair or roofing products business. Never thought they were a resin importer.

Very nice indeed. Excellent camouflage application and lovely weathering.

They can just about hit somewhere in a city. But it'd be a long shot if they could hit uk land, assuming the things can fly successfully from launch. The UK is being subject to media manipulation. US talking heads were already stating this nonsense before Diego Garcia was released.

Just noticed those aerial underneath. Guess they're retractable given how long they are.

I’m sure a few more "super‑massive super‑bombs” dropped by the world’s most powerful military, guided by the “best” leadership imaginable, will sort everything out in just a few more days. And yet they struggle to wash their smalls!

Unfortunately, there is a certain brand of politics which thrives on anger, unhappiness and division The world appears to be drifting in that direction, and it’s folly to forget the hard‑earned lessons of history.

Look at that leathery goodness! I've been experimenting with LC liquid pigment - train & tracks.

Ive had this happen to a few random LC paints too. I end up with a rubbery congealed mass which is unrecoverable. Really annoying when its part of an expensive set.

I could see a finger licking KFD in the future.

Nor do they remember his almighty Gallipoli mess when he was First Lord of the Admiralty. Oh and after the war, the massive landslide election kicking out the conservatives. Its selected memory and need for a massianic popularist figurehead to rally around cuz they lack critical thunking!
