If that sounds like you, we would love you to join us. We are looking to expanding our team of Autistic, or otherwise ND, tutors to meet the growing need of learners in and out of school. We want to support home learners achieve what they have been held back from.
We hear their stories and we see what changes when someone takes the time to understand them properly.
Sometimes all it takes is one tutor who thinks like them and sees the world like they do.
One person who listens, analyses needs and responds accordingly.
One lesson that finally makes sense.
A lot of us have been misunderstood for years.
Some are quietly brilliant, just waiting for someone to meet them where they are, while for others, the lack of access to school has created a huge barrier to education.
We see them as Limitless Learners.

Main message reads: “Sometimes all it takes is one tutor who thinks like them and sees the world like they do. We see them as Limitless Learners.” At the bottom, it دعوتes viewers to join the tutor directory at limitlesslearners.co.uk to support neurodivergent learners, with an illustration of two people standing together.
April is Autism Acceptance Month, and this one feels close to the heart.
Many of past and current students, and all of our current tutors are Autistic.
Many of us are sitting in classrooms right now, feeling overwhelmed.
Having logical steps to follow helps more than relying on an unreliable memory under stress.

This is why, instead of asking learners to rote-learn exact values, I practice drawing out and familiarising them with the identity triangles. This means they use prior knowledge of SOH CAH TOH to deduce the values logically. You know the values are correct through Pythagoras.
Often, learners struggle with poor working or short-term memory. It is nearly impossible to commit facts to memory, and to be expected to recall them during exam conditions adds pressure and stress.
Promotional Baisakhi poster by Limitless Learners featuring festive illustrations: people dancing and playing dhol drums around a bonfire, traditional foods like kheer and puri chana, kites, and harvest symbols. The text reads “happy baisakhi,” with logos for award recognition at the top. A call to action at the bottom invites viewers to join the tutor directory at limitlesslearners.co.uk and support neurodivergent learners.
Happy Baisakhi 🌾
Wishing you a day filled with joy, new beginnings, and gratitude.
May this harvest festival bring happiness, growth, and positivity to you and your loved ones.

And if you’re a tutor who gets this, who knows that sometimes it just takes a different explanation or a bit more time, we’d love you to join our tutor directory and help neurodivergent learners thrive:

That’s exactly what we’re building at Limitless Learners. A space where learning feels calmer, clearer, and a bit more human.
If you’re looking for support, you can find it here:

That doesn’t say anything about how capable you are.
We see this all the time with neurodivergent learners. It’s not about “not getting it” but about needing the right approach, the right pace, and someone who understands how your brain works.
A promotional graphic from Limitless Learners featuring a pastel gradient background with a faint clock design. At the top are award logos and the Limitless Learners logo with the tagline “Nothing Can Stop You.” In the center, bold text reads: “What do you call a number that just can’t stand still?” On the right is a thinking stick figure with a question mark, and on the left a confused cartoon brain with question marks. At the bottom, text invites tutors to join the directory at limitlesslearners.co.uk and help neurodivergent learners.
“What do you call a number that just can’t stand still?”
A roamin’ numeral 😄
…Roman numeral 👀
And if that took a second to click, that’s completely okay.
Some people get things straight away.
Some need a moment.
Some need it explained differently.
If you’re a tutor with a neuroaffirming and anti-racist approach to teaching, we would love to welcome you into our community.

But classrooms can be crowded, rigid, and fast paced.
Tutoring can offer something different.
The chance to slow down.
To listen.
To adapt your teaching to the learner in front of you. 👇🧵

Many tutors come to us after realising the traditional education system didn’t leave much room to teach the way they believe in.
You might have wanted more time with each learner.
More flexibility to adapt your teaching.
More space to support neurodivergent learners in ways that work for them. 👇🧵

It gives you space to slow down, adapt your teaching, and really get to know the learner you’re supporting.
If you’re a tutor who values neuroaffirming and anti-racist approaches to learning, we would love to welcome you into our community.
But it’s hard to do that when the system isn’t built for it.
Many incredible educators end up leaving classrooms not because they stopped caring, but because they cared too much to keep teaching in ways that didn’t feel right.
Tutoring can open a different path.

Logos at the top include award badges and the Limitless Learners branding.
Not every brilliant teacher feels at home in the school system.
Some tutors tell us they felt burnt out.
Some struggled with rigid structures that left no room to adapt for the learner in front of them.
Some wanted to teach in ways that were more neuroaffirming, more flexible, more human.
If you are a tutor who believes learning should feel safe, flexible, and genuinely supportive, we would love to hear from you.

Because the learners in our community deserve tutors who respect their identities, their ways of thinking, and their lived experiences.
If that is already part of how you teach, you’ll probably feel very at home here.
A lot of tutors ask us what the process actually looks like to join our directory.
So we made a short video to walk through it.
The first thing we ask is something really important to us.
Do you have a neuroaffirming and anti racist approach to teaching?
If this sounds like the way you already teach, we would love to welcome you into our tutor directory.

We’re looking for tutors who…
• teach in neuroaffirming ways
• listen to learners
• adapt their teaching
• respect identity and lived experience
• believe every learner deserves support
Over time that can take a real toll on confidence.
But often the learner was never the problem.
They just needed someone who understands that learning looks different for everyone.
That’s why the tutors in our community matter so much.

They are engaged and looking at each other while writing in notebooks beside a laptop and stationery. Above them, promotional text invites UK-qualified teachers with neuro-affirming and anti-racist pedagogy to join the Limitless Learners tutor directory.
For many learners, school has not always felt like a safe place to learn.
Some have spent years masking who they are.
Some have been misunderstood or constantly compared to others.
Some have quietly started believing that learning just isn’t for them.
Poster for Neurodiversity Celebration Week by Limitless Learners titled “From Awareness to Action.” It compares two approaches. On the left, a green check marks a “Neuro-affirmative approach” with supportive phrases like asking if someone needs help to regulate, finding ways to focus that work for them, and giving time to think. On the right, a red crossed symbol marks a “non-affirmative approach” with negative phrases such as telling someone to stop, criticizing them in public, demanding attention, and calling them slow or not trying. At the bottom, a rainbow infinity symbol appears with text inviting people to join a tutor directory to support neurodivergent learners, followed by the hashtag ThisIsND.
The words we use with learners matter.
For many neurodivergent people, the challenge has never been their brain. It has often been how others respond to their differences.

Poster for Neurodiversity Celebration Week by Limitless Learners. It reads: “From Awareness to Action. There is no single way for a brain to work. Different ways of thinking make the world richer.” The design shows four people collaborating around a table, including one wheelchair user. It’s #NDW
A time to recognise that there isn’t just one “right” way for a brain to work, learn, focus, or understand the world.
For many neurodivergent learners, school hasn’t always felt like a place where their way of thinking was understood.

Poster for Neurodiversity Celebration Week by Limitless Learners. Headline reads “From Awareness to Action” and “Explaining the Neurodiversity paradigm.” Subtext: “No brain is more ‘normal’ or more valuable than another.” Includes award badges, illustrated figures (one relaxing in a hammock, one studying with headphones), and a colorful bar. Call to action invites joining a tutor directory at limitlesslearners.co.uk to support neurodivergent learners, with hashtag #ThisIsND.
The neurodiversity paradigm is based on a simple but powerful idea:
No brain is more “normal” or more valuable than another.
From this perspective, neurodivergence is not a disorder that needs to be cured but a natural form of human diversity.
